Our equipment is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to manufacturing defect(s). In other cases, there is no warranty, but our company performs maintenance on equipment sold only by us.

Provided there is no damage to the purchased equipment, we assume responsibility for accepting the items and refunding the full purchase amount, excluding shipping, within a period of 30 days.

Regarding the shipping methods for the equipment, the decision is at our customers' discretion, and can be via Correios (PAC: cheaper, but slower; or SEDEX: more expensive, but faster), pickup at our company, or by carrier.
